Rooms, beds and bathrooms are very new and comfortable. The staff is very kind, but few of them speak English. The location in Vladimirsky near Nevsky snd Railway station is very good, though rather distant from Ermitage. Brackfast is simple but good, during the day you are allowed to take a cup of tea or coffee. it's a good value for money
Problems with Wifi in some rooms. The normal heating was not working in my room, but have arranged with an electric one

Simple but comfortable, I took a room with shared bathroom but this was ok. Breakfast was simple but good, room was simple but nice and comfortable, wifi worked decently.
Many noises, sepcially during the night and early morning, when aparently clean towels are delivered. As my room was in front of the reception, I listened to every call and person that arrived.

Staff do not speak English,complicated, 50% unfriendly; request more money than expected for the room at departure day; empty: only 2 customers in hotel, we feel no good. Mini-micro hotel (a flat in a building, not really a hotel) very difficulty to find (no indications, nothing!) too poor breakfast available; bath too cold without radiators;
